I would prefer to travel an hour and a half then come to this location that's 10 mins from me. This is the most disorganized bank and process ever. They are always 2 or 3 tellers BUT the teller are doing things a personal banker should do. I am 40 mins in at the moment..so far we have a change of address, explanation of different Citibank accounts, account activation it seems. Go elsewhere.

The customer service is terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would! To make things worse it’s the holidays, you should be spreading joy & love. I rather be served by the grinch at least he’s funny.

You have to wait for 15 minutes to talk to someone and realize there's completely useless customer service in virtually every aspect. They are incredibly rude, incompetent and ignorant. 30% time you feel the background noise is too loud and 50% of the time their accent is too thick. Their dispute page is "temporarily unavailable" 95% time. Their dispute team every replies to your email messages. I am closing every account I got with them.

The bank fees are terrible, they have a daily limit of $5,000 to cash a check and you can't even open up a new account to get access to the funds from a check because they put it on a hold. You might as well continue banking elsewhere.

Poor Customer Service. Place is utilized by local people to sit chat eat, leave the leftover around the area. (I should have taken a picture) If you happen to stand in line you are sure to have local company :)Mostly one teller. You are in luck if you see two. Most of the times 1 customer takes about 10 minutes to be serviced. So few people in line can take you 25 to 30 minutes just standing in line. If you have driven there then good luck with parking. If you call the branch for branch specific questions you are routed to 24 hrs support line. When you ask them the branch specific question, they say call the branch. You are a ping pong now. Try it out if you don't trust me.Other scary part that Citi does not bother to fix is... If you go to Citi website and type for branch / ATM location near you, it shows you locations to where you live nearby and if you drive there, surprise there was never an ATM or a branch there! Try it out if you don't trust me.And still Citi is busy with its business.

I entered this facility and observed three workers. A Teller, a Security Guard, and a person sitting in the customer service area (employee). The Teller was assisting two customers. Other than the patrons and I, the bank was empty. I inquired about opening an account and was told I make an appointment. I looked around to again, this place is empty. I was instructed to visit the Teller to make an appointment. Today is Wednesday, they gave me an appointment for Monday. I guess Citigroup rather not augment their financial institution. This branch should be ashamed!!

If I could give this branch 0 stars I would. My card was compromised and I was told I needed to provide an appeal letter to get the charges reversed. I took my letter in and gave it to the manager. She took my letter and never submitted it on my behalf. Because of her actions, I am unable to receive the money back because too much time time has passed. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism by the manager and staff at this branch. It’s pitiful to think that because of their actions I am the one who loses money. I have no closed all my accounts with Citibank and have no desire to ever bank with them again because of this situation. STAY AWAY FROM CITIBANK ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION!!!

This breach i s the worst place to go if you need help with your account. I was there on Saturday 12.18. I was told that I couldn’t be help because they close at 2:15 and it already 1:30 and the Fuad department takes 45 min to answer the phone I had to come back on Monday. what type of customer services is this.

better off going into NYC. We tried to make an appointment to set up a wire transfer. they don't answer their phones. we went to extent of getting a citi rep to call and she couldn't even get in contact with the branch manager to make an appointment. she then called a NYC branch and got a person right away who was able to assist.
