This CVS location needs to be shut down. It’s unorganized, understaffed. Pharmacy side is worse. I come in because I received a text my meds were ready. They tell me they are not?!? Have to wait. The pharmacy staff is loud and unprofessional. They should do a rite aid or Duane read.

The attention is terrible. In the “pick up” area, the people who serve are delayed, they start talking to each other and after waiting in line for more than 40 minutes they tell you that your medicine is NOT ready and that you should wait. Taking into account that the medicine was sent 5 DAYS AGO.

We just had a bad and ugly experience with the manager he’s name is Sonny and of I tried to call HR and is no answer. Very nasty person , how CVS can hire this person.
