Im so mad I can't give a -5 review. Packages get delivered to wrong addresses, someone forged my name for a delivery that I didn't sign for, and you can't get through to find out anything. The people on the phone are generally nice but Fed Ex on a whole is flawed. I wish the CEO of this company had to deal with how frustrating he made the process of you talking to a customer service rep that can contact the driver that delivers these packages to find out where they put the package or who they left it with. Basically the way the company is ran now- a driver can put the package anywhere, take a picture of it and even though its not your house, they aren't held accountable. Also someone can claim you signed for something- forge your signature and take your package or leave it anywhere and it takes days for them to "locate the driver". Been almost a week and even with me calling every day for both issues- they say be patient and someone will call you back. They still haven't...The messed up part is you can't control how packages are sent to you, so you just have to deal with the aggravation of this poorly run company.They expect everything to be something you bought that has a price tag on it. Somethings have no monetary value and are priceless. How do you reimburse someone for that?DONT EVER SHIP WITH FED EX! Just pray that if someone ships with them to you that you don't have to get in contact with them.I don't think I've ever hated a company this much. Very frustrating.Don't ship with them after your read this because you'll see how frustrating it is when something goes wrong- which is a lot of times nowadays because the day of the door tags are over and they must tell the drivers just leave it and go so they can drive their numbers.Customer support is dead.

This hub is horrible! Packages never arrive drivers are going to the wrong address not ringing the door bell. I had so many missing packages getting lost in transit. Reporting them makes no difference either.

Pick a door to park in before bringing paperwork to the office for delivery. The surrounding area is congested and chaotic.

terrible customer service, the front staff does not proffesionally take care of the customers, they are rude and sarcastic, they don't know how to explain things and if you ask something they get aggravated. strongly suggest customer service training for them please!

My package has been there from last Sat, but now i am missing package. They cant locate the package waiting from hear back from 48 hrs. Hopeless
