Its ok.. the bank tellers are ok.. not friendly at all.. go take care of business and I'm out

Received my bank statement without the cashed check copies.When I called to inquire about the copies. I was told there is now a charge for something that use to come with the bank statement when they were Investors Bank. I'm totally disgusted.
