I don’t understand how you can have such arrogant manager.What’s wrong with lady at counter. She is very uninviting and intimidating. If she speak to people in that manner with that stern face shouldn’t be in customer service.This place used to have a cool staff, out with the good and in with the bad I guess. This place is not the same. The people make the place!

Disgusting location, the staff are extremely rude to you truck drivers, they want to over charge for showers by obligatory parking pay on top of the shower payment it is absolutely against any other pilot around the entire country and is a disgrace to your company, I would 100% stay away from this location and take my company’s business elsewhere to loves, TA, or anything else. Hopefully this will change in the future. This will be sent to corporate as well and I will revise this in a week after I get a response.

The lady housekeeper at graveyard shift has no customer service training. She is not nice to travelling customers. She us a luability to the company. Love's employees are far way, way better in delivering total customer service and satisfaction.

Very poor service. You are only allowed 30 minutes to take a shower, and they keep disturbing you. The facility closes at 6 PM, and there is nowhere to use the restroom until morning. Everything is dirty. NOT RECOMMENDED!

There’s this mean old lady with glasses working I think she the new manager every time I see her she got a nasty look on her face. I asked her for help today she acted like she was too good and pushed me off on the cashier. Who was very helpful and professional. She was very rude even to her cashiers. I felt a way about it but just got my stuff and I thought I’d just rate from my experience. Wish I had the option to leave a review without a star.No other pilot has unfriendly people like that! Never again!!

Found me an empty spot , tried to get a shower but was denied , that spot was being held for someone else , was asked to move before i could get any service.

Stupid Truck Stop, Did my Scale, Fuel up, Pulled Forward out of Fuel Island till Yellow line, Guard came and Told me to move my Truck, Told him how am i Going to get Scale Ticket, He said Management Said to park outside on Street, Worst of the Worst Location

They are rude as hell. There is no regular parking there. EVERYTHING is reserved and it’s already taken even if the spot is empty!!! This one here gives pilot/flying j a bad reputation!!!

Assas and Lauren were very nice to me at checkout and got a nice clean shower and quickly the shower was very nice too..

Terrible place. They charge you more tax as compared to any other pilot in the state. Staff is rude.

This must be one of the worst Pilot stops. Don’t expect ANY customer service, especially from the dude that works the overnight counter shifts.
Pilot/Flying J has been my choice over others for many years, and since this is the only pilot in the area, I will be making my regular stops elsewhere JUST because of them. So farewell Pilot.

Unfair and unprofessional shower policy
I came to this truck stop to take a shower, but the staff asked what kind of truck I drive. I told them I’m driving a hotshot. They said I had to buy a parking spot before I could purchase a shower — even though I only needed a shower, not parking.
This kind of policy is unfair and makes no sense. Showers should be available to all paying customers, regardless of the type of truck. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I won’t be coming back.
