If you want to feel uncomfortable, come to this branch if you aren’t Latina. The “manager” had no customer service. He tried to discourage my mom from getting an account. The employees are cold and passive aggressive. I’ll make sure she doesn’t go there again.

The attention of supposed manager Marlon is terrible. I went to open an account and because it was 5.30 pm I couldn't open it because the bank was closed while he was on his cell phone.
