rude agents, cannot make a simple fix from a Booking.com lost $350 in a force cancellation fee because I'm a US citizen residing in Germany I need a German drivers license, for Newark airport rental car first time ever the land of the free or the land of the fee

Terrible service.
Would not add additional drivers and the only solution was to cancel the whole contract and lose all our money.
Definitely would not recommend Thrifty.
