Joke was on me my sister had the biggest bags ever so we went back and was greeted by Mr Dior and Eric and this time Mr Eric saw the issue and upgraded me to a more comfortable and spacious suv. I recently needed to rent a pickup truck for an excursion up in Hyannis, MA, because my everyday car just didn’t have the space to accommodate all of our gear. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was flawless.
The counter representative, Dwayne, was an absolute pleasure to interact with. He was professional, personable, and incredibly efficient. He clearly explained all the essentials—the insurance options, how the EZ Pass works, and the refueling policy if I didn't have time to top off the tank before returning it. In today's climate, it is so rare and refreshing to come across someone who is genuinely happy to help and actually wants to be there. He gave my morning a fantastic start.
To top it off, the rental price was great, especially since it included unlimited mileage.
That high level of professionalism and friendliness didn't stop at the front counter, either. Every single employee I encountered—from the team getting the vehicle ready, to the security gate staff, to the crew handling the return—was absolutely wonderful.
This is how customer service should be. I’ll definitely be renting from here again!”

“My wife and I researched heavily for a New Jersey exotic car rental that we could take with us to the jersey shore this summer. After shopping around for a while we ended up stumbling on veluxity and it’s owner, Ron. Since we planned on doing a longer term rental we visited the veluxity warehouse to check out some of the luxury and exotic car rental options in person before booking. We eventually settle on there Black Lamborghini Huracán Spyder, what a car! We really enjoyed Ron’s lax approach to the rental process, we’re happy we chose to shop small especially during these crazy times. Corporate rental companies aren’t the most pleasant to deal with so veluxity was definitely a breath of fresh air for us. “Great selection of cars allowed me to chose one that would let me enter and exit easier
Check out and in was very easy
The only negative was the front tire went flat and I did not take the extended coverage. Ordinarily I would change a flat however, there was no spare caused me to have the car towed and a new tire purchased, Suggest if you are renting short term, consider getting this”

When I got into the airport (Newark), I went to the service desk and the associate was nice and got me going in no time.
The vehicle ('26 Toyota Camry Hybrid) was great for my travels back and forth.
Once I returned to the airport, check-in was easy enough and off I went.
For the airport, the price was fair and I would definitely use them again when I return in the future.”

“I must say if it wasn't for Kevin ( the manager) at the Miami air port location. My whole trip would have been horrible. Not only did he correct things that the third party Booked wrong without any back-and-forth. I felt respected and understood; which is important customer service for me!
If I had any further problems.
He was available for me to speak to directly, which made me feel important. He even gave me a great place to eat late, due to my flight delay..I will definitely be booking with this company every time because of the quality of service. ABOVE AND BEYOND. THANK YOU KEVIN”

“Got nervous reading all the reviews AFTER I booked but I must say, my experience deserved 5 stars. There was a line when we arrived which I expected to take at least an hour. Joke was on me because about 20 min later, we were in our vehicle. Customer Service was incredibly supportive and patient. My husband even commented on how friendly the other customer service agent was. She was helping someone who had a language barrier and he kept apologizing for not understanding her and using his phone to translate. She was so sweet and told him it was ok and that she could continue answering any questions he was having trouble with. That level of service and empathy is rarely seen. It sounds like Dollar took action on whichever employee is written about in previous reviews because all I saw were caring and serious people doing their job.”
