Once he found the wallet, he ran back to return the wallet to me. So thankful for his help, so I could catch my flight.”

“There is no problem with the Ace/Drivo company, but be aware that they are NOT on airport property. This means you have to take the air train at Newark to P3, then call for the Ace/Drivo shuttle, then the shuttle drives you to their offsite location to get the car. We saved a little money however with my mom in a wheelchair it made for a very long, inconvenient process to and from the actual car pickup/drop off location. If you don’t mind jumping through those hoops, everything else was fine.”

“My wife and I researched heavily for a New Jersey exotic car rental that we could take with us to the jersey shore this summer. After shopping around for a while we ended up stumbling on veluxity and it’s owner, Ron. Since we planned on doing a longer term rental we visited the veluxity warehouse to check out some of the luxury and exotic car rental options in person before booking. We eventually settle on there Black Lamborghini Huracán Spyder, what a car! We really enjoyed Ron’s lax approach to the rental process, we’re happy we chose to shop small especially during these crazy times. Corporate rental companies aren’t the most pleasant to deal with so veluxity was definitely a breath of fresh air for us. Definitely check them out and ask for Ron if you’re in the market for an exotic or luxury car rental in the New Jersey area. Thanks again guys!”

Unfortunately, I couldn't get my rental because my credit card doesn't support rentals. I will fix that. But when I'm in need this is the only place I will go. Check out and in was very easy
The only negative was the front tire went flat and I did not take the extended coverage. Ordinarily I would change a flat however, there was no spare caused me to have the car towed and a new tire purchased, Suggest if you are renting short term, consider getting this”
“Super easy access from Newark Airport- no trains needed,just elevators and escalators. Very clean and spacious. The wait was pretty short, but they didn’t have the car we ordered. Otherwise it was a really great experience and reasonable rates”

When I got into the airport (Newark), I went to the service desk and the associate was nice and got me going in no time.
The vehicle ('26 Toyota Camry Hybrid) was great for my travels back and forth.
Once I returned to the airport, check-in was easy enough and off I went.
For the airport, the price was fair and I would definitely use them again when I return in the future.”

“I must say if it wasn't for Kevin ( the manager) at the Miami air port location. My whole trip would have been horrible. Not only did he correct things that the third party Booked wrong without any back-and-forth. I felt respected and understood; which is important customer service for me!
If I had any further problems.
He was available for me to speak to directly, which made me feel important. He even gave me a great place to eat late, due to my flight delay..I will definitely be booking with this company every time because of the quality of service. ABOVE AND BEYOND. THANK YOU KEVIN”

“Picked up a car from Dollar at Chicago Airport. The whole pickup took maybe 5 minutes tops. The lady at the counter was super nice and efficient. Dropped the car off at Newark Airport and it was just as quick, like a minute, no unnecessary questions. They only took a small deposit too. Really smooth experience.”
