Horrible mail carriers, but what do I expect it is USPS, the worst and only US postal. I request through informed delivery to leave packages at my door and not the mailroom in the building because we have someone who doesn’t live on the premises stealing packages. Last week usps failed to follow instructions and my package was stolen, I contact a representative for USPS and told them why the mailroom carrier is too lazy to follow a simple instruction, it is common sense. I don’t live in a mailroom I live in an apartment. Yesterday my package after providing delivery instructions was left again in a mailroom, someone could have stolen my child’s coat! USPS have a heart and put yourself in the shoes of all your customers do not leave their packages anywhere because you have to put yourself in that person shoes it could have been the last money that they spent on this package you don’t know the value of it or do you know the contents of it stop leaving things in mail rooms and follow correct delivery instructions to woke up one flight upstairs eight stairs is not going to kill anybody that’s the least y’all can do.

Package sitting for 3 days next town over. Went to pick up when arrived locally. Package that was setting there all day, yet they told me it's only 1 person working there and I have to wait till tomorrow's delivery.

Says it opens at 8:30am. The window doesn’t open till 9am… update: it’s 9:15 am and it’s still not open. I had to leave. Horrible experience. Massive line. Everyone in line says this place is always like this. 0 stars

They lie and claim outages of their computer or power & just lock the doors, I can hear them laughing & chatting from the entrance area,packages are misplaced & not scanned for tracking, I have lost many orders I sent out to buyers from eBay through This post office.

I sent some time sensitive mail away in March and both entities said they have not received what I sent them. Did they lose my mail?I tried NUMEROUS times but there's no direct line to speak to a human...all automated. I don't know what to do Going forward.

Worst USPS location ever. Last time I wen there in Feb, they had system outage sign and no one at counter to explain what's going on. Today they ran out of priority mail out forms and turned me away. And staff is totally unapologetic about it.
If this is not waste of resource, what is. This nonsense should end.
