Horrible experience on multiple occasions. The current manager lacks empathy and fail to realize customers mightn’t be always right, but at least deserve to be heard. She kept talking over and using derogatory words. Awful set of workers and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced all my life!

I recently moved from Hawaii & I utilized my NYC driver's license there. However, at this post office I was asked for additional proof of address. ID is to prove who you are NOT where you live.
