Here the manager didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need and did a simple repair instead, although did advise to get prong replacement in the future. I needed my ring resized and every jeweler in the mall said they wouldn’t not work on it since it was not a diamond ring (and if they did they would have to send it out), but I was recommended to come to White Diamonds since they have an in house jeweler. I was helped right away, the jeweler took my ring and double checked the measurements and began working on it right away. While I was waiting Mona was so amazing and kind and helpful and showed me several pieces I had my eye on. I got my ring returned in no time and it looks perfect and fits perfeftly. I am so glad I found this place, I will absolutely be returning in the future for any purchases, repairs, and more. I cannot recomend this place enough. Thank you all again for your help!”
