“I recently had a tune-up done at KRP Automotive Repairs, and I was very impressed with the experience. They were professional, informative about my car’s needs, and provided honest pricing, which is rare since many shops tend to overcharge. I had shopped around for pricing on the tune-up, and KRP was very competitive. A few other places were charging much more for the same service. The customer service was excellent, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend them if you’re looking for trustworthy auto repair.
The only downside is that they aren’t open on Saturdays, which makes scheduling a bit difficult for me. Aside from that, I will definitely be returning.”

“10/17/25 - Kevin is a superior technician and takes a personal interest in each job. Every time I took my 3 year old Nissan Frontier to the dealer for an oil & filter change it would drip oil on my driveway for days afterward - the last time the dealer changed the oil it really never stopped leaving spots. I brought it to Kevin and it never left a drop. Kevin also offered some great tips on tire pressure and other areas of maintenance.
8/20/25 - Kingpin Custom came highly recommended to me by a friend. I called Kevin since I had a brake vibration problem on a 2023 Frontier with only 23,000 miles. After 2 visits to the dealer where they replaced the brake fluid then the rear brakes the vibration was still very noticeable. Kevin performed a number of diagnostic tests and determined it was coming from the front brakes even though it could not be felt through the steering wheel under normal conditions. Kevin replaced the front brakes at a fraction of the cost the dealer charged me for the rear brakes. I’m very happy to have found someone so knowledgeable and honest to service my vehicles.”
“Had great pleasure speaking and coordinating with Jackie from family referral. Jackie is very prompt and diligent. I came to service my screeching ? breaks and King's auto did a superb job. The car drives tremendously smooth and prior to my breaks other auto shops did not truly live up to the service to maintain the car. Highly recommend King's auto for service needs (if you care about your car). And the work on bmws (from what I have seen in photos) looks amazing! They know what they are doing!!! A+! And honestly, very reasonably priced, unlike other auto shops.”

“These guys are awesome and have earned my trust. They have a ton of great reviews on Google for a reason. My VW was having issues with the heater in the middle of the winter after just moving across the country. They didn't charge me a fee for inspecting it which was really nice. They said they would only charge a fee for diagnosing the problem if it required a lot of labor like pulling the dash out which was totally fair. They gave me a lot of information that really helped me weigh out my options. They told me I still had full coolant levels so the first thing they would do to try to fix the heat in my car is to flush the coolant, flush the heater core. They quoted me $630 total for the job which I thought was fair. He warned me that may or may not fix the problem and if it doesn't then it's very likely I will need a new heater core. The tech emphasized I should really consider if I want to start dumping money into my car as there are other issues that are costly and it may make more sense to eventually just get a new car rather than pouring money into trying to get all these issues fixed. The other issues I had included an intermittent flashing power steering light which the tech told me is an indication my electric power steering rack is going bad and may need to be totally replaced which would cost more than my car is worth. It would not make financial sense to replace it. Additionally, I have a check engine light on (emission related) and would not be able to register my car. These guys have been really been transparent with me and didnt try to take advantage. They provided me with a lot of information and advice to help me make informed decisions. Ultimately I took the techs advice and chose not to invest in repairs and have decided to eventually replace my car. When the time comes of needing a service or any kind of repairs - this is the only shop I will be bringing my car to. They've earned our trust and business! Also I don't know if they had anything to do with this or not, but I swear since leaving their shop my heat has actually been working better!! I managed to get through my first winter in jersey Now time to look for a new car. Thank you gentlemen - I really appreciate you guys for all your time, advice, and help!”

“This the best place to take your Chyrsler or Jeep to get it fixed. They are honest, they don't jerk you around. They don't break something else while it's there (I am sure you have all had that happen to you), your car doesn't sit for a week without anyone looking at it, they tell you if they actually found something which saves on repeat trips for the same problem (I am sure you have had that happen to you as well), there is no 1 hour wait to get checked in. AND the best part, you get service with a smile, not people walking around not wanting to work there. There is a dealership 3 miles from my house and 5 others 5-6 miles away. I drive 35 miles to this place for a reason. Take it for what it worth and trust me, I am as anul as you can get. These guys know what they are doing. Ask for Brian, he is very personable.”
