“Awesome experience. Haya was so helpful!! Went to a UPS franchise store,( I work for them) Staples and a couple of independently owned print shops and no one could help me print my military records, all supplied by the Defense Department via CD.
Also, presently, almost no one uses or keeps up to date versions of Adobe or like staples, who didn't support CD to print operations all.
Thanks to Mail Box Store who printed and sorted my whole military record by directory!! Over 500 pages!! Thank you again for all your help!!”

The postal service is actually my favorite branch in the Federal government. You should feel lucky you can mail a letter across the country for only 73 cents. If it were Fedex or UPS it would be $5.00. Super efficient.”

“I normally have only good experiences at this ups store. Today, however, the younger lady employee, who remained seated behind the counter, made a big fuss about the older lady employee taping my Amazon return box! I couldn’t believe it. She tried to force me to buy tape from them. Kuddos to the older lady who was on her feet, working hard, carrying packages, and standing up to the other lady, badgering us about tape usage. Tape?! 😳 Five stars to the older lady employee who actually helped me out.”

“Called the office today after one of my packages were marked being returned to sender because of incomplete address. I called my local post office and spoke with a gentleman who was very courteous and very professional on the phone. Not only did he find my package, he took all of my complete information and offered to help me with any other issues. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a raving fan. “I recently moved to this neighborhood from Lake Hiawatha, and it’s always good to have basic stores like USPS, CVS, etc., nearby. Luckily, this USPS is less than a mile from my place.
I had to send a package to Boston, so I stopped by around 11 AM on a weekday. The store was almost empty — probably not as busy as the other USPS nearby — good for me because there was zero wait time.
The place is small but has all the usual services, including passports. I spoke with the staff member for a couple of minutes, and he seemed very friendly and helpful.
They also have a locker facility, and there’s plenty of parking. It’s municipal parking, I think, and just a block off the main road in Lincoln Park”

She obviously takes pride in her work and treats people with respect, as if she were the owner of that business. At times over the years when I impressed a customer with hard work and respect, they have said "where did you find HIM?", meant in a complimentary way. Hey USPS, where did you find HER!?”
