“Been having issues getting 2017 civic si into reverse, honda has been serving it since day one.
At first, over 3 years ago I was told that the si is tricky sometimes to get into reverse and it has no synchro for that gear. At every serving (5000) oil changes valve adjustment and everything else honda recommended i did through them. At one serving the manager overheard about the no synchro for reverse and corrected the service guy that it did indeed have it. Anyway, it At the point that I was only able to get in reverse about half the time on the first shot. A friend told to to bring it to Wyane but I was hesitant. After telling honda I wanted it fixed no matter what they told me the only the to find out what wrong was the drop and disassemble the trans to find out what was going on. But told me it was a good chance the transmission was shot and could not be repaired only maybe rebuilt. They couldn't even give any idea of cost only to say it would expensive. They did give me a price for a used transmission 4000.00 dollars not including labor.
I met with Wayne told him what was going on and before he even looked at my car told me (based on what described) told me it was one of two things.
As soon as he drove the car he knew what was wrong and gave me both prices the second thing was more expensive but still way way less the Hondas used transmission price.
It did turn out to be the higher price repair. He fixed my car with all oem parts and it's like a new car.
Will definitely be going back for future repairs.”

“Curtis was my salesman for a trade in and purchase of a 2024 Trax RS. He was thorough and walked me through the demo, test ride and financing. All went smooth and made it happen in two days. Would recommend Curtis and McGuire Chevy. BTW, took the Trax up and back to Cape Cod from NJ. 35 MPG, quiet ride and has good features without going overboard for features that jack the price of a car, SUV and or truck up.”

“Xpress lube has been my go to place for oil changes, as well as a full service. They have been nothing but amazing. In the past year they have been the first and only people on multiple occasions that has been able to help me with car issues. I have taken my vehicle to the mechanics so many times and they have told me nothing is wrong with my car when their clearly was. They suggested oil changes (Like that would help, WHAT????!!!!) Well while getting my oil changed, Xpress Lube was able to easily look and tell me what was wrong with me car within minutes. Each time, they were right on the money. A massive oil leak in my car, a blown differential, and many more problems. They cared enough to take pictures of the problems for me and explain what I was looking at LOL... Sure enough I take my car back to the shop, tell them what was shown to me and OH MAGICALLY they were able to find the issue!!!! They are a company that care for their customers.But it doesn't stop there, they are fast, detailed, clean workers. Id highly suggest them to anyone!! “After getting a flat on my way to work and realizing my dealership sold me my car without the key for the lock nuts, I had to get my car towed to a local shop. The shop they towed me to was going to ROB me to get these lock nuts off. I called Dan’s and told him my situation and he quoted me at like a fifth of the price they were willing to do it at. When I got there the next morning Lori was so kind and attentive, Dan was extremely helpful when we ran into a hiccup trying to get the right lug nuts last minute, I can’t say enough about how great this shop is. I’m actually going to be moving out of Newton soon and the next time I run into car trouble I will be taking the trip here so I know it’s in good hands. Thank you!!!!”

“About a month ago we were in need of a new vehicle. We stopped at Toyota World of Newton to shop for and price vehicles. We met John Mayo who answered all of our questions. We narrowed it down to a couple of vehicles to test drive. He made us very comfortable with no pressure to purchase. We decided on a Rav4 and got a very good deal on pricing.
