upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member. He got me in and out quickly. The technician saw my front brake pads were very worn and needed to be replaced and it was brought to my attention. the service was quick and professional. The manager, Chris, needs customer service and integrity training, and the coupon policy is a joke. If you have a coupon, be prepared to have a fee added to your invoice for the value of the coupon. THERE ARE NO COUPONS! No DISCOUNTS, BAIT AND SWITCH.
