Tires and alignment were completed on time, car was worked on at my appointment time. Work done on the car was professionally completed and my instructions were followed. Its a busy place for a reason. I will be back for sure. Not all Firestone auto centers are the same, stick to this location (its a good one). Nick was my service advisor and gets 5 *'s for every step since my initial phone call. Al was my service tech who gets 5 *'s for the work done to the car.”
