If I could give Firestone 10 stars, I would — five for Dan the Man the Technician, and five for Chris the Manager, aka my new honorary uncle.
I came in expecting a long wait and a lecture about my car's sins. Instead, Dan zoomed through the work like he was in a pit crew at Daytona — fast, sharp, and not a single greasy fingerprint left behind. The man has magic hands and torque wrench wisdom.
And Chris? Chris made me feel so welcome, I started mentally preparing my Thanksgiving side dish in case he really did invite me over. The man’s got managerial charisma and the warmth of a golden retriever in a flannel shirt. I trust him with my car and my casserole.
Fast service, no nonsense, and a vibe like you're hanging with family who actually know how to fix stuff. Firestone, y’all got a killer team. Keep Dan and Chris around — they’re the reason I’ll be back

Recently stopped by Firestone as an emergency stop due to accidentally scraping the bottom of my car. Got an instant evaluation and quick fix to be able to keep driving, for no charge. Thank you for the team for the great service!

Be aware they will sell you parts and services you don’t need on your vehicle.
IE, batteries and brakes.
Easy sell items to the unknowing customers that will cost a lot of money.

Came in here a few months ago when I had misfiring issues in my vehicle, was told at the door when I asked about how much a diagnostic was going to cost, I was told $150 and no other information along with it, I said, thank you, and I walked away and never came back.

Been going to Firestone for years. Prices are a little high, but the work is reliable. Not like Mavis. Employees are polite, professional, and courteous. Great communication at Firestone!

I was in need of just a plug for my tire and had no one to pick me up the manager couldn’t careless and insisted I leave the car there all day even though it was a 15 minute job and told me so with a nasty attitude I will never do business with them again and tell everyone how I was treated in my time of need

A nice convenience when you know you need new tires or an oil change but I just had them do a full inspection while giving me an oil change and then not too long after I got a flat tire and Mavis told me all of my tires needed to be replaced. I wish Firestone got the sale on me while I was there I would have bought four new tires if they had told me that my tires were worn down.
The lady there is always very nice.

I made a weekend appointment and they took my car right in. Chris was very nice and professional. I was approved for credit and received all the promotion discounts. After the inspection there was no upselling. I was very satisfied with my visit.
