Michaels is a store offering everything to create anything, with expansive craft assortments and all your party supplies in one place. The Newton branch is clean and well organized. Employees are described as terrific, very helpful, friendly, engaging, and personable. Staff are noted for being welcoming and sweet, assisting with checkout, coupons, and finding items. The clearance area is pretty clean and organized. However, the store doesn't feel like it gets as much love with products as other Michaels, and there is not a big selection of stock. Overall, visitors report being happy with their haul and thank the helpful team.
