“I visited the post office to retake a photo for my passport renewal. I left a review on usps but I also wanted to leave a review here. Ms. S Patel was the woman that helped me with everything! She literally did not wait for me to ask her for help she took the initiative and handled everything for me very efficiently. If I ever need any assistance with my passport I would definitely come back to this location ! She made my experience wonderful. My appointment was at 1:15 I arrived at 12:55 and was done by 1:10!!!! What a gentleman!! We got both my daughter and son's passport applications complete and we were on our way!!!

“Went around 2pm on a weekday for a money order. The line was pretty long and they only had 2 windows open. The man at the window was very helpful and descriptive on how to fill out the money order once received. Wait was ~20 mins for a 2 min interaction! Shame they don't open more windows to help service move faster.”
“I JUST walked out of your facility… It is 1 PM on Friday, August 2 So that your girls that were working in the front can all be acknowledged. What an absolute pleasure to deal with these three ladies they were all so helpful and so accommodating and soooooo sweet!!!!. They all deserve a lot of praise for their exceptional service that they give. I went inside to drop off some items and they were so helpful and walking me through the entire process. Thank you so much I appreciate you for making it a really smooth afternoon! Sometimes we really don’t know what we’re doing as customers and need all the help we can get and get flustered when people are rude. I cannot thank you enough. Your kindness means a lot!”

“I went for my passport appointment yesterday and Stewart was terrific. He explained everything very clearly and in a helpful way. He took a great photo of me even though I am not photogenic at all. The other staff seemed pleasant and the office is very clean and roomy. They have a great selection of cards and little gift-related accessories in case you need them. 5 star experience!”

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews; the clerks have always greeted me and wished me a good day, answered all my questions.”
“I was sending over 20 holiday cards to 5 different countries. I wanted to get Global stamps, but they did not have them. Anyway, after going back and forth on how to make an exact match with the stamps the post office person has, we could not. It was always 10 cents more per letter. I did not want to pay extra and asked him to print a stamp for each letter. And he did. It was extra work for him, but he did it. I wasn't kicking and screaming; I asked nicely if that could be done. An older gentleman came when we were halfway and got aggravated that he had to wait maybe 10- 15 min; he yelled something and left.
I hope all my cards will make it to their destination so my friends and family know that I miss them and love them.

“I recently moved to NA and my letter carrier is the most pleasant man; even welcomed me to the neighborhood. I've never had an issue at the post office. The cashier (young man) is nice and quick. Whether I use the counter, the drop box inside the store or the mailbox right outside, everything is delivered without issue. The majority of the low rated reviews are made by entitled people living in NA that are older and miserable. I've seen the entitled behavior first hand. NA is a small town with a tiny post office that is doing their best being surrounded by larger and busier towns in the metropolitan area.”
