“This store is fantastic! I’ve been a customer for over seven years. When I heard the store was being sold, I was unsure about what to expect. However, the new owners and employees are incredible. They are friendly and welcoming, taking the time to engage and explain everything thoroughly.

“This is my go-to neighborhood spot for all my shipping needs - it's very convenient for dropping off UPS and Fedex but they are also extremely helpful if you don't have a pre-paid label - they always help find the best, most reasonably priced option. They also do passport photos - I brought my kid, who was uncooperative to say the least, and Ameer was SO kind and patient, he guided my kid through the process until we got the perfect shot, which believe me, was not easy.”

I used their scale to check the weight of my package and also needed a little extra time to pack up (tape, attach label, etc). “I recently moved to NA and my letter carrier is the most pleasant man; even welcomed me to the neighborhood. I've never had an issue at the post office. The cashier (young man) is nice and quick. Whether I use the counter, the drop box inside the store or the mailbox right outside, everything is delivered without issue. The majority of the low rated reviews are made by entitled people living in NA that are older and miserable. I've seen the entitled behavior first hand. NA is a small town with a tiny post office that is doing their best being surrounded by larger and busier towns in the metropolitan area.”
