“A very organized place compared to many air cargos. You better to know a few things about this place.When you get there, you must CHECK IN using a computer. It asks for four pieces of information: Tracking number (which can be either Airway Bill or Unit Load Device or Pickup Number), Truck number (Which is N/A for personal/private cases), Driver name (your name) and your phone number. The system has a minor bug when using the mouse, so better to use the TAB key to move to the next field (or hit a button). When you are done, your name goes to a waiting list displayed in another monitor until the front desk calls you to sign the paperwork.Allocate at least 20 to 30 minutes to get your task done.BTW, the service could be improved if the waiting time was less, and if the staff was more helpful/friendly.”
