“To put it in simple terms, Global Ultra Logistics proved to be the BEST Logistics experience for us and our Company. Mr Kenny Obedayo is like an angel to us who saved us from being a victim to a cyber crime.Our company received a purchase order from a scammer posing as department of Education employee soliciting computer hardware items for the department. We shipped the order assuming it was all legit. Mr Kenny, on receiving the order shipment realized that something was not right and refused to clear goods to the swindler without a proper ID Verification. He saved our shipment till we were able to figure out the cybercrime. “A very organized place compared to many air cargos. You better to know a few things about this place.When you get there, you must CHECK IN using a computer. It asks for four pieces of information: Tracking number (which can be either Airway Bill or Unit Load Device or Pickup Number), Truck number (Which is N/A for personal/private cases), Driver name (your name) and your phone number. The system has a minor bug when using the mouse, so better to use the TAB key to move to the next field (or hit a button). When you are done, your name goes to a waiting list displayed in another monitor until the front desk calls you to sign the paperwork.Allocate at least 20 to 30 minutes to get your task done.BTW, the service could be improved if the waiting time was less, and if the staff was more helpful/friendly.”

The doors were open right on time. All three windows were open with professional and knowledgeable workers. They gave me their full attention. Answered all of my questions. Asked me if they could be of further assistance. They were efficient without rushing me. I am disabled. “Love this location I’m always in and out even if it’s just one person working. For the most part the issue is more so on the post office and not the staff. They are really nice and try their best. It’s usually rude, impatient customers screaming at them for things that are out of their control. Been a customer for over 20 years here this is my go to post office in Newark”
