Billy and his team took care of the problem same day, in under an hour. Great service, and I really appreciated the price transparency prior to service along with photos/printouts of the work clearly showing what was done. “I called Reyes International Tire Shop on a Tuesday morning looking for specific tires. Next day I went down without an appointment and they had them in. They were the wrong size initially but the manager went out of his way to have the driver get the tires and they were there within 30 minutes. Additionally while waiting for the tires they did my rear brakes for me after pointing out uneven wear on the back. Normally, I do my own brakes and rotors at home but the price they gave me i couldn’t say “no ill do it myself”. After the tires and rear brakes were done I can honestly say I would rather drive an hour and a half (because I live far) to have Reyes International Tire do my service, than drive 10 minutes down the road to the dealership! Hands down recommend!”

I’m definitely one of the tougher customers when it comes to shopping for something as expensive as a car, and I originally had no intention of getting an Audi because of the price point. After visiting several dealerships and having terrible experiences with pushy, unprofessional salespeople, I called Allen — and he actually listened. He asked the right questions, understood my needs, and followed through.
I ended up paying slightly more than I planned, but still within my range, and the experience made it worth it. Most of our communication was over the phone, and when I finally came in, he was patient, thorough, and genuinely helpful. He walked me through every feature of the car, helped me call my insurance company, and even guided me through downloading the app.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m very pleased with my purchase and feel great about owning this car for years to come.”

“Exceptional experience at this Mavis location in Lodi. Mike was AMAZING! I was on 80 East heading home to LI, two kids in car, my tire light went on. I looked up closest Mavis. I pulled in, Mike helped me immediately, came out to the car, checked my tires, was honest and did not try to rip me off. He physically showed me what was wrong, checked inventory for a new tire which they didn’t have but assured me I was safe to drive home to Long Island and checked my air pressure. I offered him a little tip for being so nice, helpful and thorough but he refused it. He told me to get home safe. That to me is definition of exceptional customer service.
