“I love that B&N is pet friendly. It's a great place to visit, browse for my next read, and take the fur-baby for a climate controlled walk through the aisles. If you or your dog get thirsty, you can stop at the Starbucks in the store for a drink and sit at the cafe tables or comfy chairs. My dog loved her pup-accino. Side note, taking a dog to such locations is also great for dog training, provided you hold the leash tight and remain aware of other dogs and people/children who may be fearful of dogs.”
“Was in the store this past Saturday. There was a kid who was a little short on his purchase. The cashier came over and put up the money he needed to be able to purchase a football. He walked out of there super happy. Times like these we need a little kindness. What may seem small to others can be really big to someone else. I dodnt get her name and I should have but just wanted to share her kindness.”

“Absolute gem of a store. One of a kind. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They've ordered specific comics for me to the shop. They've kept me updated when they arrive. Fun store to walk around and get lost in nostalgia. Wouldn't get my comics from any other shop. Even if I was in a life-threatening situation, I'd still pick Zapp! Comics. Thank you to everyone who works there! Zap to the extreme!!”

“Who doesn't love a bookstore! Thank goodness BN still exists! Otherwise, I would not be able to share my love of books and bookstores with my grandchildren. The best part for all of us (well, for me) is the toy section (telescopes, microscopes, you name it, it's there). The Grands also loved the children's book selections.
I must also mention the staff! They were very helpful and pleasant. In a world where customer service is almost nonexistent, I must give compliments where they are due! Please keep up the good work and great customer service!

“Biggie's is great! The owners are super lovely and run it themselves. Their dog, Biggie, is super cute. Often there's people playing chess outside- it's pretty rad.
Inside is a vintage lovers paradise, or more specifically, a vintage smokers dream. They specialize in refurbishing old lighters, ash trays, and smoking sets. Trust me, they're awesome. If you're not a smoker, they have old magazines, game sets, and old-style soda. If you'd like to become a smoker but are scared, they have candy cigarettes. Sick!
Anyway, I like to pop by whenever I'm in the neighborhood. You should pop in, too.”

There are many cute miscellaneous goods. I bought some hair clips. It's not cheap, but it's very cute.
However, the friendliness of the store staff is not very good, even considering that this is America.”

“We’ve been to the Encanto experience and Trolls experience. My daughter loved both. It’s pricey but worth the experience. I do think the encanto experience was better than Trolls. If you have sensitive kids, I advise going to the first show, especially during the week.”

“I went here in November and it was awesome. They had a cool Lego Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. They also have a Lego Bluey statue a Lego Statue of Liberty and much more. “Took my son here for the first time, he has been asking me since he saw their table at NA day event. He’s very into Pokémon cards right now. As we were browsing one of the gentlemen gave him a Halloween pack right away. We bought 3 packs and had a good conversation. As we were about to leave the 2 guys gave my son a whole stack of holographic cards for free. There ended up being a holographic gyrados in that stack of cards and my son has been hoping for that card in every pack he opens, it made his day. Great customer service and highly recommend. Great people. Thank you again!”
