The gentleman in the back getting the trucks ready was awesome, felt like I was talking to family. Patrick and Trevor were beyond courteous helping me get the right truck for what I needed, even changing the trucks just so I can strap the way I want. “Didn't know what to expect when I arrived here to rent the van because it looked as if no one was there. Once inside I saw George. He greeted me and asked how he could help. He asked if I had a reservation. When I replied no, he said not to worry, he had plenty. He asked where I would be going which I first thought was off but he wasn't being nosey, he needed to add mileage charges for the estimated charges. His estimate was on spot on, which meant no surprise charges for me ?. He explained the rental requirements and return expectations. My return experience was just a easy. Definitely recommend.”

“We’ve been renting from Ryder in Moonachie, NJ, for years, and they continue to deliver outstanding service every single time. Any time one of our trucks or trailers is being serviced or unexpectedly down, Ryder is our go-to, and they never disappoint.
On our most recent rental, we picked up a trailer for a two-day rental and later discovered a small roof leak during a sugar pickup. I immediately contacted Ryder and spoke with Maynard, who provided excellent customer care and assured me the issue would be handled promptly. He had Luis, the supervisor, call me right back.
Luis followed up quickly, asked us to return the trailer when we were able, and remained flexible since our driver was still finishing his route into the next week. Once we dropped the trailer off, Ryder promptly processed our reimbursement for the damaged trailer. The shop tech even took it right into the back immediately to be serviced, no delays, no hassle.
This location consistently shows professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for its customers. Special thanks to Maynard and Luis for their responsiveness and commitment to great service. We will continue to use Ryder Moonachie for our fleet support needs, highly recommended!”
“I’ve never had to drive a U-Haul myself I always had a friend or a family member whenever I moved or movers this has been my individual experience and it has been nothing shy of amazing with this company they’ve been kind and generous and understanding to all my needs because I got hit by a car so my back is very bad so they’ve been so understanding the place is amazing and the girl who runs the front desk is absolutely over the top superior I give her 1 million stars to a comedy to as best as she can and If there is an issue it’s always tried to be resolved in your best favor so five stars doesn’t justify my gratitude to her and the owner”
