“Couldn’t be happier with my decision to go to Sam. Car went down and I was in a jam. It was just before the shop closed but Sam answered my random call anyway, finding his number by googling in a panic a nearby mechanic online. You can immediately tell by the sincerity in his voice that he was genuine. Helped me find a tow, confirmed when he received my car, managed and communicated expectations perfectly, and guess what, fixed a unique problem perfectly. “As of now I'm going to give 5 stars, had to come to North Bergen on the way the pipe that goes into muffler broke right at the muffler. I called jim he answered his phone at night and came over to the hotel to look at it for me. I asked him to get the cheapest muffler just so i can get home. I am waiting on a price from him so i will update this later.”
