“Amazing experience from start to finish. The owner treated me like family and showed nothing but honesty, kindness, and genuine care. It’s rare to find someone you can truly trust, and this shop has earned my respect for life. I was referred here by a friend, and since then it’s been the only place I go for body work. Great business, great service, and great people. God bless this business ??⭐️”
“Words cannot describe how thankful I am towards Mike. Certainly I do not know why some reviews are bad. Mike sounds a little strong when first contacting but does have a good heart and strict by the book. I purchased a bumper from him and misplaced the receipt later one needed it for my salvage inspection since NY requires receipts for parts purchase for passing salvage inspection. And Mike really went above and beyond over 4 hours to help me out which resulted in great news. He did not have to do that, but he cares for his clients and certainly his business. I owe you big and any recommendation I have I will refer you over. Thanks Mike.”

“Very reliable place that basically does all kinds of work. Reasonable pricing for my 2015 that had timing issues and fixed the problem in one try. Even threw in a free oil change since I needed one soon anyways. Staff was very open and communicative about my problem my car had and explained the work they did. Dropped off my car Monday morning and was ready by Thursday morning”
“After dealing with the incompetence of the Hoboken Parking Utility all day, picking up my car at John’s was such a relief. Despite the headache with HPU, the woman working at John’s was incredibly kind, and the man who released our car was just as helpful. Nothing but good things to say about these two—such a breath of fresh air at midnight on a Saturday coming straight from the airport. Really appreciate that they’re open 24 hours! Was nervous given the negative reviews but we had a great experience.”

“This auto repair shop actually wowed me! I love their work and I was surprised that they cleaned my car afterwards too. If you have a Mercedes Benz and need repairs. Definitely go here!”
