“Words cannot describe how thankful I am towards Mike. Certainly I do not know why some reviews are bad. Mike sounds a little strong when first contacting but does have a good heart and strict by the book. I purchased a bumper from him and misplaced the receipt later one needed it for my salvage inspection since NY requires receipts for parts purchase for passing salvage inspection. And Mike really went above and beyond over 4 hours to help me out which resulted in great news. He did not have to do that, but he cares for his clients and certainly his business. She didn’t get the name of the repair person, but she wanted me to leave a review for the very efficient and honest service at a very fair price She highly recommends them, and I will use them for my car. Repair needs in the future.”
“After dealing with the incompetence of the Hoboken Parking Utility all day, picking up my car at John’s was such a relief. Despite the headache with HPU, the woman working at John’s was incredibly kind, and the man who released our car was just as helpful. Nothing but good things to say about these two—such a breath of fresh air at midnight on a Saturday coming straight from the airport. Really appreciate that they’re open 24 hours!
