“Always a great experience here, the owner Tony is the most accommodating. The mechanics are so nice and friendly. The store is so clean and beautifully decorated. Is a very nice environment here! And a true shocker to me, the restroom is very very clean :) Not your regular tire shop”

“INCREDIBLE service. We had a battery die which caused a whole bunch of other issues within the car. Not only did they try to help us jump the car, but they came back three times as we problem solved. The kindness that was shown today shows exactly what kind of business this is and it’s exactly the kind you want to support. Thank you so much for the time and patience!”

“Very reliable place that basically does all kinds of work. Reasonable pricing for my 2015 that had timing issues and fixed the problem in one try. Even threw in a free oil change since I needed one soon anyways. Staff was very open and communicative about my problem my car had and explained the work they did. Dropped off my car Monday morning and was ready by Thursday morning”

“Juan saved my 2016 Nissan Altima from bad transmission problems. I had issues starting the car and there was a time when it shut off at a red light. After getting my transmission fluid, brake fluid and battery actuator replaced, my car has been running as good as ever. I opted to replace my battery for good measure, and Juan had no problem installing it as a precaution to my actuator problems. He also hooked it up with a bumper clip and got rid of my unsightly Gorilla tape from the front right side of my bumper. He’s a very friendly professional with fair pricing and honest integrity. I definitely will be returning to have my brakes and headlights looked at shortly enough. Highly recommended!”

“Tumino’s Towing is by far the best company I have ever worked with. They were willing to take on a job that other towing companies declined due to the size and length of the bus. Not only did they step up to the challenge without hesitation, but they also provided the most competitive rate and delivered exceptional service from start to finish. Their professionalism, confidence, and efficiency truly set them apart. I will absolutely be using Tumino’s for all of my towing needs going forward. Highly recommended — a well-deserved five-star experience.”

“1 of good experience with them when driver called around 4:30 am and his truck got break down on the ramp. Nothing shady nothing hidden. They gave best quote and it worked for me. Better to call them around that area before police call their own guys. God bless you Fernando for your honesty with me. At that time you even can quote me $5000 which you didn’t. Hope you run the business with same strategy. Best wishes”

“I see all the negative reviews, if you don’t want your car towed, don’t park illegally, it’s simple. Regardless, I won an auction on gov deals, picked it up from the yard, they were helpful and courteous.”

“After dealing with the incompetence of the Hoboken Parking Utility all day, picking up my car at John’s was such a relief. Despite the headache with HPU, the woman working at John’s was incredibly kind, and the man who released our car was just as helpful. Nothing but good things to say about these two—such a breath of fresh air at midnight on a Saturday coming straight from the airport. Really appreciate that they’re open 24 hours! Was nervous given the negative reviews but we had a great experience.”
