“Rental experience at LaGuardia Airport was smooth and uncomplicated Grabbed our bags, exited the sliding doors by the escalators, to an awaiting shuttle. Short shuttle ride to rental site where we were instructed to choose any car in the designated row. Checked out at the exit booth and then we were on our way. Picked up a Peugeot 308/2024 in Barcellona, Spain. Easy pick up, everything was ready. Drove over 9,000 km across Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland and returned the car at Orly airport/Paris. “My go to car rental spot in Manhattan! Good location and smooth experience. Debra(rep), Bionny (branch manager) & Thomas (regional manger for location) are all super helpful. They offer a wide selection of cars at good rates (specially if you have a corporate discount). You can return a car after hours and drop off keys in lock box. Only thing I would say is that they give you car at let’s say 1/2 gas tank and you need to fill it up at same level for return which is often tricky to do.”

“I return my car here. Process of returning a car is not as fast is normal Hertz returns at seen. Also the location is too far from the airport so you better plan at least 15 minutes for the ride to the airport. There are shuttle services to the airport so nothing to worry about there.”

The manager at my drop off location in Bayonne needs a lot of training on customer service, very rude and disrespectful, unprofessional, if I didn’t meet Aliyah before I meet him I would have say’s all enterprise employees/staffs are the same, but I singled Aliyah out she is more than workers.”
