“My go to car rental spot in Manhattan! Good location and smooth experience. Debra(rep), Bionny (branch manager) & Thomas (regional manger for location) are all super helpful. They offer a wide selection of cars at good rates (specially if you have a corporate discount). You can return a car after hours and drop off keys in lock box. Only thing I would say is that they give you car at let’s say 1/2 gas tank and you need to fill it up at same level for return which is often tricky to do.”
“My entire rental for an extended period of 3 weeks was flawless. Accommodations were necessary for me in this case since it involved working with my insurance company also. Vance was thorough and covered every detail in signing up for the rental. Amari answered the phone when I would call and he prepped the car I would rent, and patiently took care that my preference to return the rental was met. He was gracious, joyful and great to deal with.”

“Great location and staff Cristian always has things under control and everything running smoothly and although he's very good i think he could use more support when a storm or airport changes happen as i witnessed one day and was surprised to find out my reservation wasn't available because he had been swamped with people who had their flight canceled and waiting on cars to be brought in from other locations Christian held his own and should be acknowledged for the work performance and could use more support enterprise please have these locations stocked as it is one of my favorite locations”

“This is a great car rental location. I was dropping off here after renting outside the city and driving in. It was so easy to get to, easy to pull in, quick and easy drop off. They were accommodating of the fact that I was late because of the crazy rain and when I forgot my clip they got it back for me. Ray and Khadiza were so nice and helpful! “Best car rental agency in the city. Quick, uncomplicated, efficient, no hidden fees, mystery taxes, or confusing insurance. For tolls, you get an EZ pass, there is no upselling with other options. With the other big name agencies, you never know if the car you rented will be available, and there is always a risk that they will be sold out even if you get there on time, but AAMCAR always honors your reservation, and they don't try to push you into renting an EV. So glad I discovered AAMCAR.”

“This is by far the friendliest staff I have encountered at any car rental facility in the area. I chose this SIXT location because of its proximity to my apartment and, importantly, the 24-hour drop-off option.
From pickup to drop-off, everything was incredibly smooth. I returned the vehicle at 11:30 PM, and the final invoice was processed the following day with every charge 100% accurate—exactly what you hope for with a rental.
I would highly recommend SIXT Times Square for the excellent selection of vehicles (I rented a Volvo XC60), exceptionally friendly staff, convenient central location, and 24-hour drop-off service. I’ll definitely be using this location again!”

“Donna deserves 5 stars for her professionalism in a time of crisis. She dealt with a crash of her computers on the eve of a very busy weekend and a line of 10 customers, without complaint. She was calm and welcomed the support from the customers in line to help her get the computers working again. She is incredible at her job, working efficiently to process everyone within 20 mins. She deserves a medal for how she handled it! Safe to say, everyone was amazed at her proficiency and ability to get everyone on their way within a matter of minutes. Well done and thank you, Donna!”

“Three employees were gracious and sped me through the return process. When I returned the vehicle, a line of customers was waiting. I thought for sure that I'd have to wait around to hand back the keys. But Sonide made sure that she came over to greet us, to check on how the car performed... and got us on our way promptly. Also, Billy was experienced with customers asking about how to use their EZ pass for the city's congestion pricing. Plus, he later FOUND my lost EZpass when I mistakenly left it in the returned vehicle. Hertz team here was a notably great customer experience.
