They threw on a random $150 cleaning charge. We did not get the car muddy or dirty in any way but it is impossible to dispute the charge, as we were not aware of this type of scam and did not take pictures of the car. Will never rent from dollar again

For some reason the car that we rented was not cleaned until we started picking it up. Although this pick up was scheduled weeks prior, still took 30+ minutes to pick it up with nothing else going on. Bad service
