I didn’t have to wait at all once I checked in or in the room for my exam. Lab results came back quickly. It is way to get an appointment online. The APN- Sharon Mirante-listened carefully to my concerns, conducted a thorough examination on me, answered all my questions and kindly calmed my fears. The medical staff was also very welcoming and at check out, the young lady made sure I understood my prescriptions and referrals. This may all seem like standard levels of care...sadly in other medical facilities it isnt. I am very satisfied with the care I received.”

She has been my doctor for over a year and I think she sets the bar high for doctors world-wide with her expertise, intelligence, and quick successful diagnosis time after time. I been to her with different concerns that together made me feel physically 20+ years older. I now feel 15 years younger. She is a new doctor to this facility with an incredible super quick wait time although I would be happy waiting 3hrs for a good doctor like her. I dont understand why we expect doctors to speed through helping patients. They are not a fast food service.”

“We needed Covid tests done for a recent trip we were taking. Everywhere we went was out of tests. Our doctor gave us a few options but they were all out. We did some online research and found Inna. Her office is small but she got the job done! She did charge for the visit but it can be submitted through insurance. She was very friendly, polite, informative, and made us feel very comfortable.”

“The pharmacy staff are always really nice and helpful, as are the people who deliver my meds.I wouldn't recommend trying to reach them via phone on Monday around 9am, any day during lunch hours or 4-5pm, and all day Friday, or you may experience long wait times on hold. Spent two hours on hold on a Friday over the course of five phone calls, all at very different times of day, ultimately spoke to no one. Had to call back on Monday. Boo.”

“This is one of the best Healthcare facilities i have been in, once you go in one time their memory lock you in so your next visit they remember you and great you with a smile. I really like how informative the staff are and helpful in giving you the correct information you need. Its a very busy facility but you get everything fast your results comes back to you in a day or two, you are late they still try to see you but if you are extremely late they still will see or give you another appointment. I love it there.”

I have had to walk in with little emergencies that weren’t bad enough for the hospital, but definitely needed immediate attention. They have always done their level best to take me and take care of my issue.I have always gotten the utmost professional attention from every Medical Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, and Psychiatric Doctor or Practitioner that works at Cylar House. Housing Works was formed by Keith Cylar with a mission to kindly handle the medical needs of many in New York during the AIDS crisis. But it has evolved into a place that makes me thrive, even though I do not have HIV.I have never received better medical attention by any medical practice anywhere in my life, and I’ve lived all over the States. No one can believe my true age and that’s due in large part to thriving under Housing Works affordable care.”

“Five stars for Anne Stevens, all of the nurses, PAs, phlebotomists, and front desk staff too.Zero stars for the first available appointment always being in a month or two, and another zero stars for sending meds to the pharmacy.God forbid you need a refill approved by a nurse, I have to call at least three to five times every single month to get them to send the meds to my pharmacy. I call 2 and a half weeks before I'm out of meds, that's how long the wait is.”
