My Gym River Road is an awesome and highly recommended place for children's birthday parties and activities. The experience is great and amazing for both kids and parents. The place is large, comfortable, very nice, and clean. For parties, the staff handles setup and activities, making it a very easy party for parents. They are amazing and do a great job keeping the kids engaged, happy, and entertained with a lot of great games, challenges, and activities. They keep the children playing non-stop and make the birthday feel special. A party length of 90 minutes, or an hour and a half, is noted as the perfect amount of time, allowing for play and pizza that guests enjoy. Goody bags are included in the package. The staff provides excellent service, greeting everyone well from arrival. Parents also love this place for regular classes, with teachers noted as amazing. Children from 6 months old enjoy coming to do exercises and remain excited to visit. The business has multiple locations.

This is probably the best gym I’ve been to for toddlers. I recently moved away from Hudson county and after going to different gyms in my new area, this My Gym in North Bergen is literally the best!

Great experience doing 3yo birthday party here. The staff handles setup and activities so it’s a very easy party for parents. They did a great job keeping the kids engaged and making it special for the birthday girl. 90 minutes turned out to be the perfect amount of time for this age group. Highly recommend!
