Harbor Freight offers a huge selection of tools and equipment at prices that are a lot cheaper compared to other stores. The quality of the tools can be hit or miss, with some items being just as good as more expensive brands while others might not hold up as well. For occasional or specialty use, the quality is often good enough. Customer service is generally great with really helpful and friendly staff, though some employees appear to be bothered. It is a typical store with nothing special about it, but it provides an unmatched assortment for an unbeatable value, including high-quality power tools whose prices can't be beat.
My first trip to a Harbor Freight and I can say that anyone that likes to build and make will feel like a kid in a candy store. The prices on the sale items is enticing and better than Amazon pricing.
