I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience I had. I have always appreciated the products and services at Harbor Freight, but unfortunately, this visit left me feeling disappointed and disrespected.
During my visit, I was assisted by an employee named Arturo, who I believe is of Latino descent and had a distinctive Mohawk hairstyle. Despite patiently waiting for over 15 minutes, Arturo continuously helped other customers without acknowledging my presence. At no point during this time did he communicate with me about the delay or offer any explanation for why I was being overlooked.
I want to make it clear that had he communicated professionally or simply acknowledged my wait, I would have had no issue being patient. However, the complete disregard for my time and lack of professionalism made me feel as though I was being treated differently, possibly due to racial profiling.
I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their race or background. This kind of behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual but also on Harbor Freight as a company.
I am asking that this situation be addressed, and that corrective action be taken to ensure this does not happen to others in the future. I would appreciate a response detailing how this matter will be handled.

No CO2 refill ( as most of the google search suggest they may have because they are a Tools supply shop for welding). Try the Kegerator CO2 refill in a paintball shop. Welding shops may have exchange, but you have to trade in your cool keg co2 tank for a dirty one. That’s a not cool bro!

I've been shopping at Harbor Freight Tools for a few years now, and overall, I'm pretty happy with the experience. Here's my take:
Harbor Freight has a huge selection of tools and equipment. Whether I need a new drill, some wrenches, or even a pressure washer, they seem to have it all. The best part is the prices – they’re a lot cheaper compared to other stores. I can usually find what I need without spending too much.
The quality of the tools can be hit or miss. Some items are just as good as the more expensive brands, but others might not hold up as well. For things I use occasionally, like specialty tools, the quality is good enough.
The customer service at Harbor Freight is generally was great. They really helpful and friendly staff, When I've had questions, I've usually been able to find someone to help me out.

Typical Harbor Freight store, nothing special about it. Some of the employees are helpful others appear to be bothered.
