Jeff was very courteous and attentive and pays huge attention to detail. I came to upgrade my phone and he helped me find the best deal for me. I walked out with my new phone with all my stuff in it, and a new Apple Watch and this new plan with so many perks. Because of him, I will stay in T-Mobile for an even longer time!
