I went to TD bank in North Bergen at 5:40 and wanted to open an account. At 5:55 Sonia informed me that I couldn’t open an account because 5:40 is too late. It was a complete waste of time and I will opening an account elsewhere.

Representatives are very slow, when it comes to dealing with opening accounts or having business related questions. No communication whatsoever about checking in and letting people know they need to add themselves into a queue. For simple task such as opening a business account it takes an hour plus not very informed representative always asking questions from his colleagues about simple stuff such obtaining a DBA or how to open an account under a DBA , simple questions that every bank representative must know .Need more training and better communication please .Cashiers are fast .

Why is the door taped on the lock, this is a bank correct. So why is this security issue here. How are your customers supposed to feel safe coming during the night or at all when they have to turn their backs to an unsecure door. This should be addressed immediately ?

They never pick up the phone and I have had to send clients over for simple questions because the phone rings back to back and no one ever picks up. Very frustrating.

I have the worse banking experience at this location. J.Telles is the most unprofessional employee there. Not only did she misplace $2,796 from my account into a random person’s account, but she also has a negative and hostile attitude. Today, I had another incident with this employee. She refused to allow me to deposit money into my account. Instead of offering a solution or allow me to speak to a manager, she yelled at me and humiliated me in front of everyone.I went to a different TD Bank where I was able to deposit money into my account without any delay. I won’t be coming back to this bank.

This location is on my way home and I honestly tried to give them chances. We have 2 business accounts with td: this location never have all coins, or they ran out of singles. Both ATMs are out, staff doesn't acknowledge the line. The manager looks like he is very proud to wear a suit and he makes a favor serving you, he is here to play basketball. Very strange branch of the most convenient bank.

Awesome experience, and shoutout to Natalia for her overall greatness. I tried going to another TD Bank to pick up a new card but for some reason there was trouble, and I left with no new card, just hoping the one sent by mail would be quick.I stopped by this location and was smoothly helped with ease, I had walked out and gotten my new card now looking forward to shredding the one coming in the mail!Life savers, thanks again

I was traveling abroad when I needed to get a statement reflecting my new address asap, I couldn't wait for the next statement and the costumer service guys on the phone couldn't help, I tried calling the Fairview branch and the Bergenline branch and they wouldn't pick up the phone no matter how much I tried, I was gonna give when I decided I would try calling this branch, and I'm so happy I did, Jorge picked up the phone immediately and went above and beyond when I explained my situation, he made sure my new address was on the statement and he hooked up with a copy, when I cam back from my trip I stopped by to thank him, he smiled and "said this is what we're here for", now this how you win over costumer, kudos.

I normally don’t leave reviews for banks because it’s corporate own and they don’t usually care about customers feedback. Especially since banks need our money and they control us like we owe them something but hands down Marco is an amazing guy. He does the hardest work to make sure his customers are happy. Now as a corporate feedback. He needs more money and better opportunity I’d choose Marco!!

Its nearest bank so I visit often. Recently bad experience for cash deposit. I have to pay $100 more after they count. Could $20 or less but not $100 gap. I can't prove because they hold the cash. Be carefull for cash deposit there.

This place is conveniently close for all my banking needs, but it’s sad to say how much costumer service skill the employees lack. Not one person gets greeted as they come in. People are left waiting on line and drive thru, while everyone takes their time playing “not it”.
