“I called because I was requesting a tow truck to bring my undrivable car from the mechanic back to my home, where I was then planning to get rid of it. Uriel asked me questions about the car and what I was going to do with it. He said he could get rid of it for me and was even able to give me money for it! He met me at the mechanic, towed the car, helped me empty the stuff from my car into his, and then drove me home. I genuinely can’t believe this was such an easy process. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!”

He came in under 10 minutes gave me a ride aswell stayed with me at the mechanic and also dropped me back off home no extra charge. “I've had some curb rash on my Tesla rims and noticed some steering wheel vibration while driving at highway speeds. I took it to Tesla directly, and another local shop, but the vibration issue was never resolved. I reached out to Brooklyn Rims & Collision to get my Tesla rim's refurbished and spoke directly with both Vito and Massimo, who were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both are top notch guys! They recommended that I refurbish all my wheels and offered an extremely reasonable price for same day service. They noted that my front two wheels were dented, so they repaired that as well! Now my car drives like a new vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend Brooklyn Rims & Collision to everyone. Thanks guys!”

Update: Pick up was just as smooth. Received the vehicle with exterior and interior in very clean condition, and at full charge (guilty of bringing it dirty and very low charge). Damage is completely repaired.”

“Had my 2018 Jeep Wrangler done there recently and can say that Im impressed with the way it was all handled in a timely manner. Actually sooner than I thought. The most impressive was the fact that they matched the paint so flawlessly that you would never know there was a 2 foot long key scratch on the rear quarter panel. Other works included replacing the rear flare as well. No rattles, squeeks or buzzes either. I wrote an initial review on Carwise I cant seem to update as an initial issue actually corrected itself. Likely just the entertainment system rebooting or something technical. Bottom line is all is well and I highly recommend Class A Autobody for any works you may need.”

My car was returned looking great, and they did an excellent job cleaning both the interior and exterior. The quality of the work was outstanding, and I’m very satisfied with the results. However, the customer service at the front desk could use improvement. The receptionist needs to work on her phone etiquette, communication, and overall customer service. The way customers are greeted and communicated with is an important part of the overall experience, and unfortunately, this part did not meet the same standard as the repair work. Overall, I’m very happy with the work done on my vehicle and want to recognize the technician for doing such a great job. I just hope the front-desk customer service can improve to match the quality of the work being performed.”
