I used this post office for the first time a bit skeptical due to the low reviews, however I decided to give a chance. I’m so glad I did😊 Walked in at 10:00am for passport services and a very nice, polite woman by the name of Pritti assisted me from beginning to end with no interruptions and or distractions. She was so amazing. She greeted with a smile and kept professional the entire time. I hope her manager recognizes how thorough and professional she is. Happy customer😉👍🏽

Have never had such terrible service, the lady at the front can’t be bothered to be asked to do anything, attitude when questioned, I came to pickup a package that I scheduled, with an email confirmation and the lady dismissed me and said it wasn’t here. Didn’t ask for a name, address, just blatantly said not here. Too much work to move 3 feet and Check properly, had to call customer service which confirmed she was wrong and her ego blew up and told me to come again another time. This place needs to be a spirit Halloween soon

The staff is rude and the lines are excessively long. They give you an attitude when you ask for a receipt for prepaid packages. This is the only location that I have suche a negative experience.

Worst post office ever!!! They have 2 windows to service and they always have one employee they never use the second window you have to wait more than 50 minutes on line, trash service.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Ask a question and get an annoyed response for asking, while not answering the question you asked.

Nobody works at the front desk. Every time I come here I have to yell out for assistance. This morning I could hear the employees having a great time in the back but no one could hear me yelling out for assistance. After banging on the window for some time someone got annoyed and finally answered and said “leave it at the front desk”.. Which I did not feel comfortable doing because seeing how they operate anybody can come up off the street and grab what they want.. however I was parked at a fire hydrant so I had no choice.

We waited for 2 HOURS and still got no service,we got there at 1:50 and we waited for what felt like eternitiy,no good place to apply for passports,when you call for them,they respond but don't do anything and ignore you.Horrible

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment for renewal of passport and when I came in the lady told me that the person who does passports went to another office. I don’t understand why confirm an appointment if you don’t have the staff and don’t even inform about the cancellation until the person comes in. Very poorly managed. Will not return to this location.

Customer service is 0 of knowing the process of the work and the attitude can tell you how much they hate their job please change the staffs and is so unprofessional when the staff has big arguments to each other on front of the customers

There's not much to say about the place, old, just like the other ones. Staff is super helpful!
