This location was not able to help me when money was stolen from my account. Such terrible costumer service so sad to have been with this bank for a long time & getting this type of treatment very disappointing….

This bank has very bad service. I have entered this bank on the week before the holidays, and there was only one teller and they told me you have to come back four hours later. This is a very bad bank. Very bad customer service and avoid this bank. very bad customer service, the entire bank had one banker that was taken care of some customer that took three hours so basically the bank was not in service. Very bad service avoid this bank.

I went to this branch few months ago cause I need a letter for an immigrant process for my family. I’m still waiting for the paper after 4+ months and have called several times. The staff are nice people, but not sure if they are organized or WF’s process is just wrong.

Avoid this particular branch!I went there to open a premier checking account as a new customer. Branch was HUGE but empty. There were no bankers available, and only 3 tellers behind the glass.Instead of welcoming me as a potential new customer and lure me to stay, I was told coldly that I had to make an appointment first. When I checked online, the following appointment at that branch (my closest) was in TWO WEEKS.I came back to the teller and asked whether that would be possible (to wait two weeks to open an account). To justify herself, teller showed me a list of no more than 6 people waiting in line to open accounts (I guess bankers do 1 customer every 2 days?). The same teller told me to schedule in another branch! Obviously they don't care about that branch business.Very bad experience.PD: The Hoboken branch had a same day appointment available.I went there and resolved everything with a very professional banker (Joshua Ramirez). But if I could not have gone to that branch, I would have picked any other bank altogether.

Horrible!! They will promise you everything when opening an account. They will tell you what you want hear to get you to open an account but they never follow through. The staff is extremely lazy and does not want to help out in anyway. They do not care at all about their customers.Huge mistake opening an account here. I will be closing my account and taking my money. elsewhere.

I never leave reviews. But had to make an exception. The worst service ever. No one in the bank. Waiting patiently to endorse a check for deposit 30 min. And the manager is just looking at me. Knowing I’ve been here for 30 min.

Worst service Ever after today I will be closing all my accounts Business and Personal. Went in to the North Bergen Branch is completely empty sitting there waiting for the one and only banker that had a customer after literally 25 minutes waiting a teller comes up to me and ask me if I had an appointment I responded no that it was only a deposit contribution to an IRA account she responded that the banker was completely full that she can accommodate me for 3:00pm I am a business man don’t have time to come back in the afternoon but regardless you have the a manager sitting across from me doing nothing and she refused to help me with my transaction not even a courtesy to tell me this when I walked in they notify you after 25 minutes waiting patiently by my self on the lobby with an empty bank . I am definitely closing my accounts.

The worst bank in town, I cannot believe any banker could not answered the phone, as a courtesy I called to cancel an appointment I booked for this coming Thursday, unfortunately after 20 times calling, no one answered my calls, I am at work, I don't have time for this kind of effortless banker's, careless behavior, It is a SHAME!!, nowadays we are facing this kind of issues like if we are living in third country world !!! It is an insult and disrespectful way offering to Bank's customers. SHAME WELLS FARGO BANK

The listing on Google says this location has a drive through open until 2 and they don't. I arrived around 10 to 1 to find the branch closed with no markings saying they closed at 12. It's also on there door that the branch is open until 2pm. The staff leaving was also extremely rude and nasty. As a customer for many years, it's upsetting. I will never come back to this location, maybe it's where it is in the middle of north bergen but staff should not be rude and nasty. There hours are misproperly posted and I've never been to this location so I don't know. They also blamed covid for closing early which is fine but then wear a mask. Out of the 3 that left 1 was wearing a mask....classy.....
