Can't deposit checks into the ATM. What is the point of having an ATM then?

I’ve been a customer at this branch for six years now, and have had nothing but good experiences. I’m very surprised by the negative comments. Lucia and all the staff have been pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful every time. So happy it’s not closing - thank you!

This location was not able to help me when money was stolen from my account. Such terrible costumer service so sad to have been with this bank for a long time & getting this type of treatment very disappointing….
