“They were super helpful. I had to change my plates but the screws in the back were rusted and wouldn't come off. I went to Hogan's without an appointment and they still helped me out. They had to force the screws out and drill new holes. Took about 10 minutes and they didn't even charge me anything.”

“Good old-fashioned service station: I needed to get air in my tires, which takes four quarters (naturally, I only had 3). I went to get change, unfortunately, I only had a $20 on me. The manager smiled & handed me a quarter out of his own pocket.
Afterwards, as a courtesy, I went ahead and got gas (even though I already had a nearly full tank).
I will gladly go here again.”

“After renting my vehicle I experienced a slow leak in the tire my fourth day of the rental. I was compensated by not filling up the gas tank when I returned the vehicle before my return date. The only reason I didn’t fill the gas tank was I didn’t want the tire to go flat again. Prior to returning the tire was completely flat in my driveway. I contacted the agent and told him I would fill the tire with my air pump at home and then respond the before the air comes back out, to which I did. After returning the vehicle and leaving I kind of felt I could have been compensated by not having to pay for the three days left on my rental. However I am not discouraged and I have been a customer of Enterprise for many years. I will continue to use Enterprise because I am a valued customer and I appreciate any assistance they provided me.”

“Extremely happy with the car (really nice Nissan Altima), the staff (very friendly, courteous, accommodating, and I'm sorry I forgot your name), the location (walking distance from just about anywhere in Metuchen) and the rates (very reasonable), and I'd definitely recommend!
Just a couple of very minor caveats, nothing that would cost them a star:
1. Online reservation process is a little quirky. Pickup time had to be 10 AM or earlier, otherwise nothing was available. There was no problem with me picking up the car later than 10 when I asked, though.
2. You MUST have your own auto insurance with collision coverage, regardless of whether or not you select CDW.

“Very happy and pleased with my purchase. I bought my Chevy Traverse from this dealership in December of 2021, it's been 13 months and the vehicle hasn't giving me any issues yet. Car was presentable and clean when I got there and I didn't even tell them I was coming. I had to negotiate the price because the car was in need of new tires which Jose understood and I believe I got a good deal. Vehicle had 102k miles on it but after test driving it I know it was a solid car. Thank you Jose for helping me get a nice comfortable and so far reliable car.”

I find Jeff and Cindy professional, extremely helpful and accommodating.
My last rental kept getting extended upwards of two weeks due to car issues.
All I did was email them advising I still needed the car.
They were so agreeable and fantastic. My car after diagnostics was shot so I had to buy a new one. Stressful? Yes, but their patience and ability to accommodate me got me through! I still had to get to work

“We picked up a car from the airport that was dirty and smelled of smoke. Luckily we found this location nearby and saved our vacation and my son whose asthmatic and bothered by the smell. I didn't catch his name, but the guy with braided hair was very helpful and professional.”
