They work super hard on filling any scripts and again for getting authorization from the doctor to the insurance companies without having to be asked to every time . “I've been shopping and picked up some medicines at CVS Pharmacy on and off for a few years now. Overall, it's a decent place to pick up basic necessities, over-the-counter medications, and prescriptions. The store is usually clean and organized, though sometimes the shelves can be a bit empty, especially during busy times or sales.
The pharmacy staff are generally helpful, but the wait times can be inconsistent. Sometimes it's quick, and other times I've had to wait quite a while, even with a scheduled pickup. It would be nice if the communication about prescription status was a bit clearer.
Overall, CVS gets the job done, but it’s not without its small frustrations. It’s a reliable choice for quick trips, but not always the most affordable or efficient.”
