We went once and have unfortunately or fortunately (How ever you look at that) been back for PDR and traditional body work time and time again. I am a Perfectionist even OCD shall we say. The work here has been the best I have seen and I have seen a lot. They have removed dents no one else can and done it at a reasonable price. Every aspect dealing with the shop has been painless. The insurance end ,the picking up of cars, the most important (The Communication) and especially the work. We have been such frequent customers we now consider Pete our friend and trust the shop with our lives and our loved ones lives. If they tell you something take it as the final say. He seemed like a genuinely nice person, which helped ease my frustration about the wait. “I had a great experience at Van's working with Bruce. Our 2004 Subaru rear glass needed replacement after a storm, our insurance company Amica works directly with Van's. Getting the glass was a challenge and Bruce made it happen. He answered all my questions and satisfied my curiosity about the challenge of finding a rear glass for an old car. The rear seat got wet, and they dried it out in the shop, you'd never know it was a problem. They took great care of us and our daughter's college car. They will be my first call on any auto body repair.”
