When it was time to purchase, her daughter, Carol, helped with the checking out process and she was just as sweet and helpful! “I was thinking about purchasing a new bed and after seeing reviews in consumer reports decided to check out Casper after seeing their reviews . I went to Casper store Menlo Park and was greeted by Giselle. I looked at the beds on my own and then Giselle came over and started explaining everything about different beds . Very helpful to a new buyer for sure. She pointed out all the things that the beds have and also the new adjustable frames .After she showed me all that they had to offer made my decision to trade up an easy one . She was one awesome sales person and Casper is lucky to have her. “We'd purchased Savvy Rest mattresses before and needed an entire bed for our teenage son since he'd grown too much for his previous smaller Savvy Rest bed. I wanted to shop locally and called Hibernate Bedding to place a phone order. Not only did she not charge more than the Savvy Rest website prices, but she had the same special sale for the beds (both mattresses and frames) that Savvy Rest offered online. We couldn't have been happier with the pricing.Though we'd not planned to go Bernardsville in person, she suggested having our son try out what we'd planned ordering first. I'm so glad we took her advice b/c the various layers and options felt very different than our own older Savvy Rest mattresses/layer combos. Our son is now getting the best sleep he has in years. I've asked him several times the last couple of months, and he is still as positive about his new bed as he was the first night. (And the extra comfy topper is truly worth it!!)We whole heartedly recommend Hibernate Bedding in Bernardsville!! “Michael Anthony Furniture Galley is the best place to get the same items you would receive from any other commercial furniture store but without the hassel. My living room, bed rooms, dining room and den furniture all come from here and I have to tell you how much each piece looks perfect in my home. The brand names they carry are better than Raymore and Flannigan, and both cheapo Bob's Discount Furniture and Ashley Furniture hands down. Better, higher quality products and no one is pressuring you to purchase. In fact, I was told to look around, check out what we have on the show floor and when I am ready, to come and ask more questions about each piece. I didn't have to wait long for my delievery and each time I called to inquire about something, I received a satisfying answer. I don't know about the others on here complaining about service, delievery and even going further to say that there are people working there that are liars,angry and racist, but perhaps you take a good look at yourself to see how your actions towards the situation or problem you may have had, instead of deflecting the blame on to the sales people. “We decided it was time for a new mattress. We stopped in at Mattress firm and were greeted by a pleasant sales representative Jordan. We were unsure of what our needs were since I am disabled from serious back issues. Jordan walked us through what our needs would be. The process was so much easier than we had expected. I was only going to scope out the options and compare to feel of my bed at home but he took time to let me test many different options and I found one that was so comfortable there was no need to compare. That was it.
Price was good value for the model and quality so I ended up buying a more expensive bed than I had planned because it was so comfortable it was well with the upgrade. Jordan was nice enough to let me take that journey to decide what felt best for ME
