“I’ve had such good experiences here. They have pretty much everything I need for my pet sparrow, and probably just about anything you could need for other pets too. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, but my most recent visit really stood out.
I ran in last minute and completely forgot it was Sunday, so they close earlier than usual. No one rushed me or made me feel like I was holding them up. They helped me just like they always do and made sure I got everything I needed.
When I got to the register, the owner was counting out the drawer, and that’s when I realized they had actually closed about five minutes before I even got there. I felt terrible and apologized, but he was so kind about it and told me not to worry at all. He even said that if the doors had already been locked, he still would have let me in.
As I was leaving, another customer was pulling into the parking lot, and instead of being bothered by it, the owner stayed by the door to welcome them in too. That really stuck with me. It says a lot about how much he cares about his customers and the kind of service they provide here.
I wish I had gotten his name because he was genuinely such a nice guy. I would absolutely recommend this place, not only for the great selection of pet supplies, but for the people. Friendly, accommodating, and truly great customer service. Places like this deserve to be supported.This is the version I’d personally use for a Google review.”

“My family and I had a wonderful experience at Shake A Paw, mainly because of Brittany’s expertise and kindness. We walked into your store with heavy hearts because we had just lost our beloved Yorkie, and we walked out with a new puppy named Dexter. It was Brittany who made that happen. She is exceptionally knowledgeable about all the puppies in the store. As we began to focus on the puppy we named Dexter, Brittany gave us detailed information about his health and his heritage. She exhibited a remarkable combination of professionalism and friendliness, and she sealed the deal. We will forever be grateful to Brittany and to Shake A Paw.”

“Owner seems passionate! High quality selection for pets. I previously used a dry dog food for 7 years that was #1 rated by vets and even sold by my vet! I thought my dog was a rediculous shedder. Vacuumed daily.. My vet confirmed "some dogs do shed like that." This store owner had much to say about the "#1 vet recommended pet food" and explained I was starving my dog of essential vitamins. Now I have had dry dog food FROM food for 5 months and he loves it. His coat is nowy dog has a soft coat and sheds like a normal dog. Stores like these are great because they educate themselves on the products and sell what is proven to be good.”
“My corgi, Winston, has been going to Woofgang since he was 4 months old. Gia is so good with him and always makes him look handsome with the perfect fluffy corgi butt. All we have to tell him is that he's going to see Gia, and he's so excited! He practically sprints from the car and tries to push his way into the back. Highly highly recommend.”

“My dog loves st Hubert’s doggy day care! We rescued her 3 months ago and she loves to be able to go play with her friends 1-2 days a week. When we pick her up she’s happy and tired. She loves to be able to run around in the dirt, mud, pools, and just have fun being a dog. They also post on their instagram each day so I get to see her playing with her friends!”

“Big shout out to Ana who allowed me to come in with my dog 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday to give her a bath after she had rolled in some poop at the park. I know a lot of places generally try to close up the dog wash early and everyone has better things to do on a Sunday evening so I really appreciate Ana allowing me to come in and wash my dog last minute and being so understanding and giving my dog a treat after the bath, it was super kind and couldn’t recommend well bred even more.”

“Ok, now. I was nervous taking my anxious 90 lb pit to get his nails cut. But low and behold, Justine and Tanae were able to get my dog to calm down and get his nails cut.
