Great old time friendly service. Unlike Caliber who won’t give you an estimate unless you have an insurance company letter. If you do have a letter, will take at least two-three weeks to schedule an estimate. Go to Heck’s!!!!”
“My car wouldn’t start. I called AAA. Chris showed up and towed it to City Wide. I didn’t realize they had a service center. While en route he was on the phone with Loretta asking her to give me a quote for my vehicle. They were so kind to me, and were invested in helping me to get my car fixed. Chris even gave me a ride close to my home to help decrease the cost of an Uber. I truly had an amazing experience with City Wide from start to finish. After experiencing the “Engine Too Hot” warning three times — even after replacing the radiator and water pump at another service — I came here hoping to find out what was really wrong.
They carefully inspected my car and were the ones who discovered that the water pump was leaking, due to poor installation by the previous mechanic. I didn’t even know that was the problem until they explained it to me clearly. Once they showed me the issue, I asked them to replace it.
But instead of just doing the job and charging me, they explained that the right thing would be to return to the original service, because they were responsible for the faulty installation and should fix it without charging again. That kind of honesty is rare.
Thanks to their guidance, I went back to the first service, and they finally replaced the water pump properly.
This second service didn’t just care about making money—they cared about safety, fairness, and doing what’s right. As someone new in this country and driving for the first time, I felt truly supported and respected.
? I also had an oil change and other maintenance done here, and I was extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. Everything was explained clearly and handled professionally.
