He was accommodating in sifting through the document I sent in order to print the correct pages, which I really appreciated! While I was sending the email, I got to witness his charm in handling a sticky situation with a customer who had missing labels due to a third party’s mistake. The customer could have left angry, but instead he left smiling. I bet the customer will ensure the other party gives him the correct labels next time because Zack had made a cartoon for these unfortunately common situations with this particular third party. It was such a nice lighthearted way to explain the policy and why it needed to be followed. Ha ha it made my day. Many people working in customer service become exasperated when there’s a recurring issue such as that, so I was impressed with how he handled it.

Big smile and explained the wrapping procedure and cost. Had it done in one hour. Above the fair cost and excellent wrapping, Gabe’s personality, warmth, and desire to do a good job was appreciated. I hope the owner knows what a great employee Gabe is.”

“Overall a good shop in terms of capabilities offered and also pricing. But... and mind you this was many years ago and I am only just now getting around to the review... but when we had an issue with a major job and we withheld payment as a result the store banned our company. I wound up having to send my mom to have jobs done.A phone call and a meeting would have gone a long way instead of a letter saying "you are banned" and for what? We almost lost a major account. It's like a restaurant banning you for complaining that there is a fly in your soup.Anyhow still a good local business even if they treated me unfairly once upon a time.”
