“I recently traded in two iPhones for upgrades. I completed my upgrade about two weeks before my husband’s, and I worked with Yash both times. He made the entire experience easy and smooth, taking the time to understand my needs and helping me get the best value from my plan.
Yash was patient and willing to answer every question I had, whether it was about the iPhone itself or even specific apps. Because of how positive my experience was, I specifically booked an appointment with him again when it was time to upgrade my husband’s phone.
