As a not so young who isn’t tech-savvy, I was a bit nervous on handling everything, especially since I originally planned to do the renewal online. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with such warm and friendliness. They made me feel welcome and completely at ease. Kelvin Nunez who handled the renewal for me was so accommodating, he took care of everything and even offered to transfer all my data to the new phone without me even needing to ask. Their patience, professionalism and kindness made the entire experience smooth and stress free. I walked in with uncertainty but walked out with a big smile on my face, feeling valued and well taken care of. It’s rare to find that kind of customer care these days. I can’t thank them enough! Highly recommended for anyone, especially not so young like me who need a little extra help.”
