Bad customer service! Order arrived damaged, company ignored my email (including photos) and my message on their web site. I finally got some form of response by calling their number but they wanted me to return my order and wait for it to get there before they would replace my paper. Over a month of wasted time and a missed deadline thanks to this company.

Could not be more disappointed in this company. Sent wrong product, major hassle to return that product, and then sent the same wrong product again. Would not respond to emails and I ended up paying for something I never received. Never again.

Horrible company. Their website is deceptive and then when you get something other than what you thought you were ordering they won't make good on it. Do not shop there!

we ordered paper it arrived and then i had to leave country - a family emergency! and have just got back - the product which was sold as wrapping paper - is so stiff cannot wrap small packages requested return - asked for no for no favours - have no issue with restocking fee - but was told a flat no. we are a customer service forward company and was amazed that no exception could be made - they can always be made!

AWFUL PRODUCT. The templates do not fit the paper lables. Total waste of TIME; EFFORT and HARD EARNED MONEY. For a company to put our templates that they know dont fit, is basically telling us they dont care about their customers. Companies like these should be boycotted... avoid at all costs.

I would highly recommend you take your business ANYWHERE ELSE. I ordered a package for overnight a week ago and it has still not come. I’ve been on hold for an hour multiple times as well as tried reaching their online support. Their online support got back to me after 4 days and said the order hadn’t been processed yet and they sent the wrong item and missed 6 others… still no word back.

Didn't received all items in my order. Called Jampaper but no one answered the phone. Finally I could get ahold of someone through chat. I said since I didn't get all I ordered didn't get paper but just ribbons I want to return the ribbons because ribbons was intended to be used with paper. Representative said someone will reach out to me in the next 24-48 hours. When no answer got back to me I tried to call. After 18 min on hold I again tried through chat. The agent when I just mentioned my order purposely disconnected the chat. I used my different email trying to reach someone through chat and someone responded. They offered to reship missing items what isn't solution I want and I already explained it through chat. Representative said I can ship what I got but they won't give me return label. Why should I pay for return shipping if I didn't received what I ordered?

Never use this company due to bad service! Did not notice the envelopes I ordered on Amazon were actually JAM paper. Paid for 2 packs of 100 and received 1 pack of 100. Called JAM as amazon said to and they pretty much said out of our hands. NEVER AGIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW - sure wish there was the option of ZERO stars. BUYER BEWARE - do not use this company. Their communication is terrible. Placed an order on Sept 20th. Was informed it was typically a 5 business day turnaround. At day 8 I began to inquire. Was told someone would get back to me. At day 10 I chatted online with someone who told me it was typically 5 days but could NOT tell me why the a delay in my order. They wanted to confirm my email address and send me a reply follow-up with a delivery date. They replied 15 hours later and told me my order would ship on October 25th. Nowhere on the site or on my order does it say anything about this product I ordered being out of stock. Nobody from the company has contacted me to see if I wanted an alternate product. Nobody from the company proactively reached out to follow up on my order. I am now on hold with a "customer service rep" who is completely UNABLE to get a supervisor to speak with me. I've been on hold for 25 minutes with the rep coming back telling me that a supervisor and a supervisors supervisor are not available. Nobody is available. This company is understaffed or they simply don't care about their customers. Highly do not recommend them - and please note they also have sister companies - Envelopes.com and folders.com - and is owned by Hudson Envelope company. Still waiting for someone on hold 33 minutes later. They just want to take my number and have someone call me at THEIR convenience - not mine. Thank goodness I don't run my business this way.

Jampaper had the colored 9x12 envelopes I needed for a business project. We had some issues at first with first, and only partial delivery (most due to shipper) but also missing most of order. Communication is horrible, as it's a call center with back ground noise so loud, I couldn't even hear myself talking to rep and found my self yelling in frustration! I ended up canceling order all together since they could tell me where rest of order was or what I should even due with the damaged (Again shipper issue) goods I did reveive. I received my full refund for whole order. I left on another business only to return to find another box of envelopes had been delivered. So now, I need to contact them about re-paying for them, lol! Given what all happened, I will probably try ordering again from them as the products are good, good prices.

Don't bother. They ship the wrong items and will not respond until it is over 30 days. And their policy is no returns after 30 day. Their items are often old and the paper is yellowed.

Placed order on Jan 6th and two weeks later I called asking where my envelopes were.....they said they were back ordered, but had just arrived and would be going right out....1 week later it still said "pending fulfillment" so I called.... I talked to a girl that said it was canceled and I said it still says "pending fulfillment" on the order side...she said I already was refunded my monies.... Checked my charge card account and Nothing"....I'll give them another week... The person on the phone seemed like she was in a rush to get rid of me....very bad communications... Go Elsewhere!!!! I've been ordering paper from this company for the last 15 years. The owner, Mike Jacobs, has been decent for most of this time until today. Completely rude and does not care about losing customers. Terrible customer service. Ships out products giving zero F's. Sends gold foil paper in the shipment with no protection most of the time. Do not give this company any business. They literally have grown so much through the years, they don't need or deserve it. Made a complaint and instantly wants to close my account. Does not matter to me as I will never give them another dime of my money. What a joke.

I ordered 4 items from JAM paper - three packs of envelopes and one roll of wrapping paper. When my order arrived, two items were wrong - the wrong color wrapping paper and one pack of the wrong color envelopes. I wish I had thought to look at the reviews of this company (other reviewers say that the website only displays positive reviews). Will never order again.

Edit: They did refund meTook a very long time to receive my order and when I did, part of it was missing. Emails about this were ignored. Customer service was unnecessarily rude. After emailing, chatting, and calling twice I finally got them to agree to refund the missing envelopes
